    Cucumber (1 cucumber)

    Lemon Juice (Half Lemon)

    Ginger (2 medium pieces)

    Coriander Leaves (Handful of leaves)

    Aloe Vera Gel (make sure it is fresh)

    Water (Half Cup)

    Direction for Preparation

    Chop the cucumber in small pieces without peeling it and put it in the grinder. Now add Lemon Juice, Ginger, Coriander, 2-3 tbsp of Aloe Vera Gel.
