    #1. Apple Cider Vinegar

    This contains acetic acid which lightens pigmentation and restores the natural color of the skin. Mix apple cider vinegar and water in a container in equal parts. Apply the mix on the dark patches and leave it for two to three minutes. Wash your face using lukewarm water. Repeat 3-4 times a week or more.

    #2. Aloe Vera

    Aloe vera has aloin which lightens the skin and works effectively on nontoxic hyper-pigmentation. It protects the skin from damage by UV radiation. Apply aloe vera gel on face before bed time. Wash it using a warm water next morning. Repeat it daily to get your natural skin color.

    #3. Red Onion

    Onions are rich in Vitamin C which is very good for the treatment of pigmentation. Take a slice of red onion. Rub the slice on the affected area. Apply it twice a day

    #4. Green Tea Extract

    Green tea extract has a de-pigmenting effect if applied to skin. Keep a green tea bag in boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bad and let the bag cool down. Rub the tea bag on your affected skin. Repeat twice in a day.

    Black tea water lightens the dark spots on the skin. Add a tablespoon of fresh black tea leaves to a cup of boiling water. Soak for 2 hours and then strain the water.     Lactic acid present in the milk helps it to lighten the skin color. Soak a cotton ball in the milk. Rub it on the dark skin patches. Do twice a day

    Tomato is rich in lycopene and it protects the skin from long term and short term damage and best bleaching agents. Take a tomato and cut it into slices. Rub the slices on the affected skin for few minutes. Leave it for few minutes and then wash it with lukewarm water. Do it once in a day

    #8. Masoor Dal (Red Lentils)

    Red lentils are rich in antioxidants and it is good for skin. Soak 50 grams of red lentils overnight in a bowl of water. Next day make a fine paste out of it. Apply the paste evenly all over your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash your face with cold water

    #9. Raw Potatoes

    Potatoes have catecholase which curbs the excessive melanin production and it reduces the dark spots. Take a slice of potato and rub it in circle on the affected area. Continue this for 5 minutes. Wait for 5 more minutes and then wash with lukewarm water. Do 4-5 times a week

    #10. Yogurt

    Yogurt contains lactic acid which cures hyper-pigmentation and improves skin texture. Take 1 tablespoon of yogurt and apply on affected areas. Wait for 20 minutes and wash with lukewarm water. Repeat thrice a week

    #11. Lemon Juice

    Lemon contains antioxidant properties which protects the skin from UV damage and lightens dark spots. Mix lemon juice with honey. Apply this mixture on the affected areas. Keep it for atleast 15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Do it twice a day.

    Cucumber rejuvenates the skin. Mix cucumber juice, honey and lemon juice in a bowl. Apply the mixture on the skin and leave it for few minutes. Rinse it with lukewarm water. Repeat it twice a day

    Neem increases the body metabolism and removes toxins from body. Soak some neem leaves in warm water. Wait till water is cooled. Filter the water and use the water to clean your face.

    #18. Honey

    Clove can be used to treat pigmentation. Dry clove and crush it and add them to curd. Make a paste and apply them to affected area. Wash after 15 mins.

    #22. Cinnamon

    It helps in getting rid of pigmentation. To use it just grind some cinnamon sticks to make some powder. Then simply mix with honey and make paste and apply it on affected area. Wash with normal water after 15 mins. This will even add some glow to your skin.

    #23. Tea Tree Oil

    It has antibacterial properties and that is why it is best known as “Magical Potion”. To use it just simply soak a cotton ball in tea tree oil and simply apply it on affected areas.     It is very good for skin. Make a paste of fenugreek leaves and apply it on face. Then leave it overnight or if uncomfortable wash after 30 mins.

    It has many advantages. Grind it and apply it on the affected area then wash after 20 mins. This also gives subtle glow ti skin and makes skin healthy, soft, smooth and supple. Repeat it 2 times a week at least for better results.

    You should continue doing any of this method till you get a desired result. Just doing it for once or twice is not going to yield any result.
